Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy, therefore we want to protect your personal data. To learn more about our policy in that scope, please read the following Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy shall explain in detail how the Web Service collects, uses and, subject to certain conditions, discloses personal data. It also explains the steps taken by the Web Service to secure personal data. Finally, the Privacy Policy clarifies the possibilities for collecting, using and disclosing personal data.

  1. BASIC INFORMATION
    • Respecting your rights as a personal data subject (data subject) and respecting applicable laws, including in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: the “GDPR” and other relevant provisions of law on the protection of personal data, we undertake to keep the personal data obtained from you safe and confidential. To learn more about our policy in that scope, please read the following Privacy Policy of SES Hydrogen Energy Sp. z o.o. (“SES Hydrogen”).
    • The Privacy Policy (hereinafter “PPL”) explains in detail how this Web Service collects, uses and, subject to certain conditions, makes personal data available. It also explains the steps taken by the Web Service to secure personal data. Finally, the PPL clarifies the possibilities for collecting, using and disclosing personal data.
  2. INFORMATION CLAUSE

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

Your personal data shall be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes and on the following legal bases: 1) to establish and maintain the contact, pursuant to Article 6, section 1, letter a) of the GDPR, i.e. a consent expressed by willfully establishing the contact and providing the data. The provision of such data is voluntary, but also necessary to contact the Controller;

  • for the purpose of marketing and provision of services, pursuant to Article 6, section 1, letter f) of the GDPR, in conjunction with the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in marketing activities and provision of services and sales to natural persons, including persons conducting business activity and necessary processing of data of persons representing the Contractor or appointed to contact it.

Period of personal data processing

Your personal data shall be stored within the following periods, in accordance with the purposes of data processing:

  • in connection with establishing and maintaining contact with the Controller, your data shall be stored until the aforementioned consent is withdrawn;
  • in connection with the objectives of marketing and the provision of services, your data shall be stored for 5 years from the end of the year in which the last transaction took place.

Personal Data Recipients

Recipients of your personal data are entities authorized to disclose data to them under the provisions of law. Public authorities which may receive personal data in specific legal proceedings shall not be regarded as recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities providing services to the Controller.

Rights of natural persons

  • You have the right to: protect your personal data, demand access to it, obtain their copies, correct, delete or limit its processing, object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, e-mail: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl).
  • In addition, as for the data for which you have given your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending your request to our e-mail or postal address. As a consequence of the withdrawal of your consent, we will not be able to process this data.
  • In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, it is necessary to send a relevant request concerning the exercise of the personal rights to our e-mail address: hello@seshydrogen.com.
  • In justified cases, for the purpose of correct identification of the person, we may ask you to provide additional information or present necessary documents confirming your identity.
  • The aforementioned rights and the manner of exercising them in justified cases may be restricted. Such situation will occur if this restriction results from the obligations indicated in the provisions of law, by which we are bound. In such a case, we will provide you with relevant information together with the reasons for our decision.

Information on automated data processing including profiling

  • This Web Service operates as an IT system in which processes of data processing take place in an automated manner.
  • This processing may be combined with a profiling process which in no way causes negative legal, financial or any other effects for the data subjects.
  • The activities we conduct in the scope of automated processing of personal data and profiling are intended to improve the quality of our services and adjust the offer to your expectations.
  • This information is also used for statistical and analytical purposes and can be used for automated adjusting processes, including also marketing of our products and services.
  1. WEB SERVICE OPERATOR
  • The Web Service Operator of http://seshydrogen.com is SES Hydrogen.

The web service is intended to gather information about users and their behavior by:

  1. information entered in forms voluntarily;
  2. storing cookies files on terminal devices;
  3. collecting the web server logs by the hosting operator of the Technical Inspection, available at the www.dozortechniczny.com.pl.
  4. INFORMATION IN FORMS
  • The web service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  • Moreover, the web service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  • Data from the form is not provided to any third parties otherwise than upon consent of the user.
  • Data provided in forms may be submitted to entities which perform the technical aspects of some services – in particular this applies to submission of information about the owner of a registered domain to entities which are Internet domain operators, web services that handle payments or other entities with which the Web Service Operator cooperates in this respect.
  1. INFORMATION ON COOKIES
  • The Web Service uses cookies.
  • Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Web Service User’s terminal device and are intended for use of the Web Service sites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website which they originate from, their storage time on the terminal device and a unique number.
  • The entity which places cookies files on the Web Service User’s terminal device and obtains access to them is the Web Service Operator.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  1. to create statistics which help understand how Web Service Users use web sites, which allows for improvement of their structure and content;
  2. to determine user profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular in the Google network.
  • As part of the Web Service, the following two basic types of cookies are used: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. The session cookies are temporary files which are stored in the terminal device of the User until the User logs out, leaves the web site or closes the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the terminal device of the User for the period defined in the parameters of cookies or until the User removes them.
  • The web browsing software usually allows as default the storage of cookies on the terminal device of the User. The Web Service Users may change these settings. The web browser allows to remove cookies. It is also possible to block cookies. For detailed information on this subject see help or technical documentation of the web browser.
  • The limitations in application of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Web Service sites.
  • Cookies placed on the terminal device of the Web Service User may be also used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Web Service Operator.
  • Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular by the Google network, to display advertisements adapted to the method of use of the Web Service by the User. For this they may retain information about the User’s navigation path or period of viewing a given web site.
  1. SSL PROTOCOL
  • The Web Service uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
  • The protocol encrypts user data using the 156-bit AFS key and transmits target data and prevents phishing, i.e. the stealing of data by unauthorized persons.
  • Data subject to SSL encryption cannot be modified or redirected to an external page in any way.
  • SSL is indicated by the green padlock in the browser bar, right next to https://seshydrogen.com address and the encrypted version of the HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) protocol.
  1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
  • The Web Service uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc.
  • Analytics uses cookies to analyze how the User uses the Service.
  1. SERVER LOGS
  • Information about certain behaviors of the users may be logged in the server layer. This data is used only to administer the service and to ensure the most efficient support for the hosting services provided.
  • The viewed resources are identified by their URL addresses. Moreover, the following may be recorded:
  1. time of receiving the inquiry,
  2. time of sending the reply,
  3. name of the client station – identification made by HTTP,
  4. information on errors that occurred during the performance of the HTTP transaction,
  5. URL address of the web site previously visited by the user (referral link) – if the Web Service was accessed though a link,
  6. information about the user’s browser,
  7. information about the IP address.
  • The above data is not matched to specific persons browsing the web sites.
  • The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
  1. MAKING THE DATA AVAILABLE
  • Data is made available to third-party entities only to the extent permitted by law.
  • Data which enables the identification of a natural person is provided only upon consent of this person.
  • The Operator may be obligated to provide information collected by the Web Service to authorized entities based on legal requests in the scope resulting from the request.
